Danish Pastries Our danish pastries are produced here in our bakery, from start to finish, with the finest of ingredients. If you are looking for something more on the healthy side, these are a great choice. Danish and Coffee Cake Flavors: Apple, Apricot, Cherry, Blueberry, Strawberry, Strawberry Cheese, Orange Coconut, German Chocolate, Lemon, Meltaway, Cinnamon Meltaway, Butter Pecan, Raspberry, Almond, Butterscotch Nut. Puff Pastries Our Light and Fluffy Puff Pastries are produced here in our bakery. Cream Horn - cut and rolled into a horn shape, layed in course sugar then baked off. Once cooled, are filled with our infamous Holland Cream. together this is a great choice for lunches or snack time. Slices - cut into a generous sized piece, placed in course sugar then baked. Once cooled, we slice um and fill them with Holland Cream and Strawberry or Lemon. Special orders are welcome, if you would prefer a different fruit filling. Turnovers - cut into a 5" X 5" Square then filled and folded over, then topped with course sugar. These light and fluffy treats will make an excellent dessert. Flippin' Ella's - A small, almost bitesized fruit filled little tidbit would make for a nice Hors d’oeuvre. Note:This is a special order item so please call ahead to place your order.
