Check cashing policy: Customers who send us checks for payment will be for the exact amount of their total order which includes shipping charges. All checks will be deposited before order is processed. Any check returned unpaid for any reason, customer will be charged a $30.00 returned check fee. Should this happen Hamilton Pastries will send an invoice for current balances on your account and the reason, net 30 days. There will be a 5% interest charge for any outstanding balances over 30 days, and will incure at 5% per month until paid in full.
