Postal Zone Information:
     Use the following Zone Chart Link to estimate your shipping charges:
         The chart uses the first three digits of Hamilton Pastries Zip Code of 48640 with the prefix of 486.
         All shipments will originate from this prefix.
         Take the first three digits of the Destination Zip-Code and locate it on the chart from the above link.
         This will be the zone number you will use in the links below to calculate your shipping charges. 
 
Shipping Information: As low as $4.95 (Flat Rate: small box)
         For current shipping charges please follow the links below to calculate your shipping charges with the Zone number of the destination zip-code.
 
Instructions for filling in the Order Form:
 All information is for our internal use only. Please read the privacy poliy for more details.
 
Step 1) PRINT THE ORDER FORM  
 
Fill in the appropriete information
        Do not fill in the RED area, this is for internal use, during the verification process.
 
Step 2) FROM (Sender) Information:
             This area is your contact information, should we need to contact you.
 
Step 3) TO (Destination) Information: Who you are sending the order to, even if you are sending it to
             yourself. Please make sure all information here is correct. Any inaccuracies will result in a delay in
             your order reaching it's destination.
 
Step 4) Shipping preferences: 
             Pick your shipping prefrences here, Express Mail (Next Day) or Priority Mail (2-3 Days). After your
            order is processed and ready to ship we will send it by your choice here. Items with a CODE 1 should
            be mailed by Express Mail as the quality of the product will be greatly reduced. However the choice
            is yours.
 
Step 5) Look over the items available for shipping. Although we make a number of items, only the items
             listed will ship without incident. If you feel we can ship an item not listed please write it into one of
             the empty spaces at the end of the form, we will inform you of our determination during the  
             verification process. 
            Product Description - What the item is, how much it weighs in ounces, the retail price.
            Code 1 - Specifies that you should ship these products "Express Mail", as the quality of the product
            will deteriorate rapidly. If you do not ship a code 1 product with "Express Mail" we will not be held
            accountable for the condition of said product.
            Code 2 - Specifies your product will ship to its destination without much of a decrease in quality.
            You may use "Priority Mail" for these items.
If your order contains both codes, you should ship "Express Mail".
Make your selections and the quantities of each item you would like to order.
Multiply the quantity ordered by the number of ounces provided in the product description and place that number in the total weight column, then multiply the order quantity by the item price, and place that number in the total item price column.
Subtotal each column. This will give you the total amount of all items ordered in the order quantity column,
 the total weight in ounces of all the products you ordered, and the total amount of all the items you plan to purchase. 
In reference to weight: divide the total ounces by 16. Any amount with a remainder must be rounded up to the next pound, as required by the postal service.
This will give you the total pounds for shipping. Use this number when checking the rate table links above.

Once your order is received in our store, we will begin the verification process of all information entered. We will cross reference all shipping information with the Postal assistant software ( this software will confirm the address and weight for shipping and the actual shipping cost), then proceed with
confirming the actual order amounts and charges. You will be notified by e-mail or telephone with the results before any payments are processed.
After you have reviewed the actual details of your order, including any changes to the amounts, you will have the option to cancel your order. we will also give you options as to how to handle any indifferences.    
 
Sending a check:
Please make sure when sending a check that it includes the following:  Your name, address, drivers license number and expiration date, telephone number. Once the order is verified, the check will be deposited for clearing, once cleared we will process, and ship the order. See E-Mailing below.
 
Using a Credit Card:
Please make sure to fill all fields required to process the card. Once order is verified, we will bill your credit card and ship the order. See E-Mailng below. 
 
E-Mailing your Order:
To speed up your order and quicker delivery, you may e-mail us your order.
If you choose to E-mail us your order form, DO NOT INCLUDE the Credit Card information (security reasons). Call us at the phone number listed on the form to give us the information and confirm that we have received your order.
Check customers may e-mail us the order, but the order will not be processed until check is received and cleared.
